considering it was an i am irritated report he sent in rather than i am having a problem running the game issue his item had no reason to be sent to TECH support in the firsr place (my opinion)
also the first round is for the most part automated and if you dont follow up within 24 hours stating that the ideas presented in the first round didnt work it is presumed solved and the file is closed
